Multimedia / Communication Designer (Curricular Internship)
We are currently looking for a Design Intern to join our team in the Metropolitan Area of Porto.
We offer the opportunity to join our team through a Curricular Internship, with the possibility of future integration into our #torpedoteam.
Main responsibilities
The Design Intern will be responsible for:
- Working with the project manager and the team in planning and developing our products and services;
- Cooperating with the department head in developing best practices in design and development;
- Contributing to maintaining Torpedo's image and creating and disseminating consistent and appealing visuals for both internal and external audiences;
- Collaborating with the development team in designing and implementing user interfaces and interactivity in line with project requirements;
- Managing assigned work and time effectively;
- Reporting any difficulties or obstacles encountered during tasks;
- Sharing technical recommendations and guidance within the design and user experience field;
- Sharing and receiving knowledge and experience with team members.

Job requirements
We are looking for someone with:
- Training in multimedia design, communication design, or a related field;
- Knowledge and skills in Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator; knowledge of other software is a plus;
- Experience with Microsoft 365 applications (such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) from a user perspective;
- A strong interest in working with new technologies;
- Fluent level of English and Portuguese, both spoken and written;
- Residence in Portugal.
